Please read our terms of service carefully. Custom Design business may change these terms at anytime by updating this post.

You acknowledge and agree that Custom Design business shall have the right in its sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse or remove any project that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable; including, without limitation, projects or content that is illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites religious, racial or ethnic hatred, or violates the rights of others.

Client Responsibility:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you shall own the approved logo concept provided to you by Custom Design business (the "Final Product"). You shall not, however, own any materials, media or other content generated during any revision cycles leading up to the Final Product. Custom Design business expressly reserves all right, title and interest in and to the same. You acknowledge and hereby grant to Custom Design business a royalty-free, irrevocable exclusive worldwide right to use original and revised logo concepts provided to you with the exception of the "final product", in any way whatsoever. Custom Design business retains the rights to all artwork concepts and other content not selected by you. You acknowledge that your ownership rights under these Terms and Conditions are limited to the Final Product, and that no trademarks or service marks in or to any Final Product are being conveyed under these Terms and Conditions. Any issues you may have with print shops (if the one you have chosen does not accept vector - which rarely happens) is the clients responsibility to find the correct print shops.

Personal Information:

The details of your order may be disclosed to third parties to facilitate filling your order.

Custom Design business does NOT provide the following information to any third party: your name, phone number, address or email address. Custom Design business retains this information so that a representative from Custom Design business can contact you if the need arises.

Charge backs and PayPal Disputes:

Custom Design business's policy on PayPal disputes is as follows: all PayPal disputes get escalated to PayPal management and the order concerned is immediately terminated. You will not be allowed to select any of the concepts that you have already received

Any chargeback issues are turned over to an external collection agency and may be pursued to the full extent of the law.

Project Duration:

You agree to provide timely responses to any status notifications that Custom Design business sends to you. You shall have 30 days to respond to each Response sent to you. If after 30 days you have failed to respond, we will assume that your project is complete and the project shall be deemed completed. Custom Design business will have no further obligation to you, and all money paid prior will not be refunded. while notwithstanding the foregoing, Custom Design business reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate your access to all or a portion of the Service at any time with or without notice. In the event of such termination, Custom Design business will determine in its sole discretion whether you are entitled to any refund.
