Once you receive the initial brochure concept, you may request a revision or redraw of the brochure without additional charges; however, you will have to provide more specific concepts about your brochure design.
3 Business Day Delivery
In 3 Business Days the artist you are working with will deliver your brochure concept. A business day is Monday-Friday.
We do work on the weekends for rush custom brochure design package.
File Types:
We provide your banner in a zip format on our secure server at no extra cost. We can send them out on a cd for an additional charge of $9.99
We send out the files in the following formats:
AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, GIF. AI files are vector format.
Delivering The Final Files
Once the final files are delivered, the brochure is yours. You own all rights to the brochure; therefore, you can trademark it & copyright the design. Once the files are delivered to you, the brochure project is considered complete. If you wish to request revisions or redraws once the brochure final files are sent it will be an additional cost.

How does the process work?
Step 1: Collecting the required information
We have detailed question forms available that requires specific ideas about your business. These forms will allow you to upload any sketches, fonts, or existing brochures that you like or prefer.
Step 2: Payment Required
Once the information regarding the brochure has been filled out, you will then be redirected to the payment portion of our site. We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, Amex or Echeck & money orders.
Please note that if you pay using echeck or money order we will not start on the brochure until it clears.
Step 3: Initial Concepts Arrive
Within three business days you will receive your brochure design sample from the information that you have provided on the question form. You can either choose revisions or you can request redraws for no extra cost. We will work with you until you are satisfied with the brochure.
Step 4: Final Files and Instructions on how to use them
Once the final logo is finished we will upload the files in a zip format to our secure website. We will keep the files there for a few months. If you need it in a CD format it will be shipped and sent for an additional $9.99. You will receive the following formats: AI, EPS, PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG.
