Step 1:
Read through our website. Review the logo design packages available, the portfolio and our policies. We then need you to cohose a package you're interested in, there is 6 packages available. Once you have chosen the package that best fits your business needs, you're required to fill out our custom question form.
Step 2:
After filling out the question form you will be directed to our secure payment page. We accept all major credit cards through our payment processing gateway Paypal.
Step 3:
The art director assigned to your project will review your question form and assign tasks to the design team. Depending on the package you have chosen you will receive your custom logo design samples within 4 hours to 72 hours. Once you have received the initial concepts you can choose to get a redraw or we can provide revisions to the logo chosen. If for any reason you do not like our service at that specific point in time you can request a refund. If you choose a redraw or revision you will lose your right to a refund. Once you requested a redraw or revisions it will take from 2 hours to 24 hours to get back to the client with updates.
Step 4:
Once the logo design is finished we will send you a zip file through email with the following formats and how each format is used and what software is best to use the specific formats in.
AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF files.

The client will own all the rights to the logo design chosen.
