How do you accept Payments?

Paypal is our gateway for accepting payments. They process all credit cards, debit cards. Their site is
secure. You do not need a paypal account to pay for this. Paypal is like any credit card processor.
It is a low cost solution for businesses to accept payments.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. However we offer a specific policy about our refunds. We offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. Once you receive the samples you have 3 choices. Revisions, Redraw or Refund. If you choose Redraw or Revisions you will then forfiet your right to a refund. However we will work with you until you are completly happy with the logo.
 
What if there is a service that is not listed on your web-site? Do you offer all services?
